Who are the EMA Events team?

Led by Founding Director Libby Barnes (née Willetts), the EMA Events team are an experienced team with expertise across industry sectors in event management. EMA Events is able to offer a ‘turn-key’ solution for any event requirements, with the flexibility to cater to both large and small projects. Below we have explained more about the specific roles our team has:

Event Managers
Your Event Manager will be you main point of contact throughout the preparation, delivery and review phase of your project.  Our Event Managers are experts in a wide range of industries and experienced in understanding your objectives and turning your vision into reality.  They will personally oversee your project and ensure that it is delivered on time, exceeding expectations, whether you are working with us to devise a customer engagement event series, a festival for 20,000 or a board meeting for 10 people.

Venue Finders
We have a dedicated venue team who work with our partners to establish and maintain fantastic relationships with our venue network.  Our team know the best venue options for any event, whether you are looking for a large conference venue for several thousand people or a small unique venue for a client meeting.  We also specialise in outdoor event venues for any activity including motorised activites, clay pigeon shooting, festivals and much more.  Our established network means we can secure our clients preferential rates, saving you time and money.

Live Event Team
Our experienced operations delivery team has a wealth of experience working on the live end delivery for a variety of different events including conferences, incentive travel events, corporate hospitality events, team away days, festivals, celebrations, launch parties and much more.
